The challenge
Registration ran on forms, spreadsheets, and chat threads. Every event cycle meant manual vetting, duplicate entries, and no single source of truth.
What we built
We built one system where exhibitors apply with their vehicle details, organisers review and approve from a single dashboard, and confirmations go out automatically.
The outcome
Registration now runs itself. The organising team reviews applications instead of chasing them, and every event starts with clean, structured exhibitor data.
