One site for a Dubai JDM garage: the workshop's story and a 9,000-part store, on a single domain.

The workshop's reputation was built entirely offline. Then it was built twice online: a marketing site on one domain, a Shopify store on another, each quietly competing with the other for the brand's own name.
We folded the two sites into one. The workshop leads: story, services, featured builds and a journal. The parts catalogue sits behind it, with 9,000 lines synced from Turn 14 across 21 brands. A vehicle picker covering 67 makes and 1,573 models turns "will this fit my car" into two dropdowns. Everything moved onto the main domain, with the old site's URLs redirected so nothing that had been earned was lost.
One domain, one brand. Every part carries structured pricing in AED, so search engines and shopping agents read the catalogue rather than guess at it. Twenty-one brand pages replaced URLs that could never be optimised. The whole site was rebuilt to work properly on a phone, where most of the traffic actually is. And it speaks to AI agents: a hand-written llms.txt tells an assistant what the shop is for, what fits what, and how to query it.
